I am so bummed that I have already started feeling a little morning sickness already. I haven't been able to go to boot camp since my tummy has not agreed with me. I try to get a little work out in when my body feels up to it but for the most part it has been the elliptical machine and some muscle training (squats, lunges, push-ups, etc.). Nothing to strenuous but enough to get my heart rate up a little. I hope I can keep the weight gain to a minimum but I'm just thankful to be pregnant and healthy!!
I know that the morning sickness and yucky feeling is all worth it though.
