Mom's Birthday Celebration

My mom finally made it in town!!! June 17th, my mom had her 50th birthday and I thought it was only right for her to have an "over the hill" party.

Though it was just us three adults and little Rowynn, it was still nice to celebrate such a milestone with my mom.

I made mom a dinner of pork chops, fried okra (her absolute favorite) and corn on the cob. I surprised her with these balloons...
Rowynn is loving having some grandma time!
And so am I.
I also made mom an ice cream cake...
After some dinner and dessert, we headed out for some late night shopping! It was fun to go shop with mom again... I've missed our shopping trips.
I'm so happy that we have so many more days together. I'm just sad that I know they are going to fly.

Katie's husband got her an inflatable slip-n-slide!!! It was the funnest thing!
I don't know who enjoyed it more, the kids or the adults.

Picturepalooza

Father's day ended up being a pretty darn good day! I made Rusty breakfast and then let him spend some down time around the house. Later in the afternoon we headed to Big Splash for some water time. I LOVE having a Splash pass. It has been so nice spending so much time in the water, especially now that it is getting into the upper 90's.

After our time at the pool, we headed to see Rusty's dad and step-mom. It's always nice to get to see Rowynn with his grandparents.
Three generations of Stamper men!!Rowynn's new trick is to play with his feet... He does it EVERY chance he gets! Getting ready to play in the water... His two best pals!

Just so darn cute!! And, he looks just like his daddy.

Happy Father's Day

I have been blessed with a wonderful man. I am so lucky to be able to call him my husband but I am amazed every day at what a great father he is and how hands on he likes to be.

He has given me two very beautiful children and I love watching him with our babies.

Happy Father's Day to the greatest dad I know... the father of my children.

Happy Birthday to the most amazing mom in the world.... my mom! Today my mom turns the big 5-0, though, she doesn't look a day over 30 (without surgery!).
