My Messy Boy

Well, at least he ate some of his dinner. I'm not sure if more ended up on him or in his mouth.

Day 9: Organized

The most organized spot in the house, the kids' toy bins! Odd, I know.

Day 8: Filthy

Yup, this was what my kitchen looked like this morning. I would say it was pretty filthy! I guess this is why my hubby is not keen on my cooking over the weekend! I will admit it, I am a DIRTY cook. But, I do clean it every day.
See!! I do clean it. (Please ignore the hideous pink counters. They were here when we moved in and it cost mucho dinero to replace counter tops!)

Day 7: Clean

Nothing like a freshly vacuumed rug! Though I wish I would have taken a picture of the boys after their bath, but I didn't think of it until this morning :(

Day 6: Texture

Day 5: Dark

Same view from day four.

Day 4: Light

The sun setting. So thankful for this beautiful view and very thankful for all the land surrounding our home.

Thank You to the Rim Family!

Kaitlyn and Ivan, you picked super cute hats for the boys! They love them and have worn them MANY times since they opened them.

Rowynn also really loved your drawings and letters. I have put them up in his room, but out of reach of Brennyn, who can be very destructive!

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas (which judging by the  mound of presents, you probably did!). I also wish you all a VERY Happy New Year!

Rowynn has watched that movie 2-3 times a day! He loves it :-)  They have also worn their hats all over town! I am thankful that you sent them because they were in need of some winter hats, especially since it has been so cold this past week.

Thank you all so much. The boys really loved everything.
Love and hugs to the Rim Family! xoxo

Photo-a-day: 2 & 3

Yes, I know, I've already messed up! But, better late than never, right?!

Here is day 2: Resolution
My resolution is to gain a better relationship with sugar. I'm addicted to sugar. Thankfully, not in the form of soda or candy, but in baked goods and ice cream. I seem to think about sugar many times a day and crave it constantly. For the month of January, I am abstaining from sugary treats (except for my birthday and Rusty's birthday because I am not that cruel to myself!).  Then, for the rest of the year, I would like to limit myself to one treat per week.

Day 3: Lunch
Egg salad with one piece of Ezekiel bread, toasted. Simple, yet delicious.

I Think I Can, I Think I Can!!

Starting today, I'm going to aim to do a photo a day for the whole month of January!
