Yes, I know, I've already messed up! But, better late than never, right?!
Here is day 2: Resolution
My resolution is to gain a better relationship with sugar. I'm addicted to sugar. Thankfully, not in the form of soda or candy, but in baked goods and ice cream. I seem to think about sugar many times a day and crave it constantly. For the month of January, I am abstaining from sugary treats (except for my birthday and Rusty's birthday because I am not that cruel to myself!). Then, for the rest of the year, I would like to limit myself to one treat per week.
Day 3: Lunch
Egg salad with one piece of Ezekiel bread, toasted. Simple, yet delicious.
