Last night Rusty and I continued our work out with P90X. Mind you, I did the cardio disc before church then Rusty and I did back and chest in the evening. After our back and chest routine an ab work out follows, somewhere between the back, chest and abs workout, my back decided it had had enough. The muscle in my lower back tightened up really tight and was a large knot by the time we got in the house.
Thankfully, I have a wonderful husband who put out a massage heating pad for me and then proceeded to get my dinner together. I woke up this morning and it isn't as bad. It still hurts but I think it might be a good hurt. I'm not sure.
