6 Weeks 1 Day

Today was my first appointment for this pregnancy and it went spectacular!!

The baby is in my uterus, nice and safe, and there was a sweet little flutter of a heartbeat! Those are our two most anticipated moments of the first appointment. I know it sounds a little weird but after the "weirdness" we have endured, I think it is normal.

According to the sonogram, I am 6 weeks and 1 day. That means that my estimated day of arrival is July 5, 2011!

After looking at the calender and taking in to account Dr. G's surgery day, I figure little baby Stamper will be here either July 1, 2011 or June 24, 2011. Seeing that Dr. G had a bicycle accident and will be out of the office for a few weeks, I'm not quite sure when he will do the c-section.

Yay!!! There is a baby in my tummy!
