We Have A Name!!!
At this point I was going to post a picture of our little man since I had an ultrasound last week. But, my scanner isn't hooked up and my point-and-shoot camera has seemed to have sprouted legs and left the building. So, no picture with this post. Just a name.
Drum roll please..........................
Nolyn Oliver Stamper is growing in my belly as I type! He is healthy with both feet (the reason for my ultrasound was to check for his lower legs and feet since they were tucked back at my 20 week appointment) and weighed in at 1 lb 12 oz. Not to shabby for 25 weeks!

Getting Bigger
Rowynn is growing like a weed! He's not walking completely but, he will take 5-6 steps at a time. Also, he recently started standing up on his own with no assistance!
He definitely thinks that he is Mr. Independent. No help needed at meal time. Or so he thinks! It is a battle to feed him anything on a spoon because he wants to do it and I'm not always in the mood to go through 3 outfits a day. He does great with a fork though.
Along with a little more independence has come a little more time that I get to, sort of, get stuff done around the house. Not much though! He is still my little cling-on!
He can even go up and down the small steps of our front and back porch......
Rowynn is an absolute joy and watching him develop and learn is such a blessing. It's crazy to think that in three months we will have a new person joining our lives!

Sun Room
Over the weekend we got busy on getting the sun room prepped for new carpet. It was a daunting task but the finished product was so worth it!
Rusty painted the ceiling and then laid down a tile floor in the "office" area. It is amazing how much brighter the office section looks now that the dingy carpet is gone!

Tada!! Our new UPDATED carpet! I just love to walk on it.
Here is the new office area... such a big difference.
This is the tile and carpet together. Such a great match.
Though we were not expecting to get this room completed for a ways down the road, I am so happy with the results! The baseboards have a fresh coat of paint, the ceiling looks so much cleaner now that it has been painted, the carpet looks magnificent and updated and the tile floor will be so much easier to clean! I have to give a shout out to my awesome husband for doing such a great job on the floor... way to go babe!
All that is left is to patch a couple of spots in the walls and re-hang some of the pictures. I am one very happy wife!
I'm Still Here!
Sorry for the absence the past few days. As my last post showed, we had a little "thing" in our sun room but the sun room is also the office. So, we had to move the desk and that meant unplugging the computer for a few days while we got things together.
I promise that I have a few posts to catch up on that will hopefully be up today. If not, I will have them up this evening.

Water, Water Everywhere
And no, I am not talking about the bathing suit store!
Saturday ended up being a beautiful day in Oklahoma. I decided to take advantage of the warm, but not uncomfortably warm, weather by doing some gardening in Abigayl's garden. When Rusty saw his pregnant wife hard at work, he decided to get with it and do some of his own out door stuff.
Rusty's chores required a need for the water hose and all seemed fine and dandy. Yes, we did have a very cold and snowy winter but Rusty put those boob things over the spigot and we had no problems this winter.
It was a rude awakening when I walked into our sun room after a long nap to find my foot damp and a large wet spot on the carpet. Poor Rowynn, my first thought was that he was crawling around without a diaper and left me a spot on the carpet! Boy was I wrong. One of the spigot pipes had burst this winter but it didn't leak until we used the spigot and released the plunger to expose it to water. Thank goodness my husband is a plumber!
Not only is he a plumber, but he has the best helper in the whole world!! Rowynn likes to "test" everything before daddy uses it. (no worries, that there spigot is nice and clean)
I'll keep you posted as things get done around here! It looks like we are going to tile by the back door, carpet the rest, paint the ceiling and repaint the trim and window sills.
Who wants to come to our house this weekend? I can cook you a meal or two if you are willing to help out my husband!!!

Goodness, how did he get so cute?!
And I absolutely adore his alfalfa hair!! It is always sticking up.
Such a hard working man. Even on his day off he had to mess with pipes!
The really not so fun part, is that we are now going to "redecorate" the sun room. We weren't able to get the carpet thoroughly dry and it started to smell a couple of days after the mishap. Plus, Rusty had to cut into the wall to get to the water pipe.
In the mean time, this is what we are left with:
