I cannot believe that it has been 10 weeks already. I'm happy with my results but wish they were better. Though, I have no one else to blame but myself. There were days of "splurging" and when I say days, I mean the WHOLE day, not just part of it!
Drum roll please........
My current weight is 159.2 lbs (when I posted my weight Saturday it was 159.6 lbs) and that puts me at a loss of 10.8 lbs over the last 10 weeks.
I have to admit, I haven't entered in my food points in the last 2-3 weeks but I do use Skinny Taste to find healthy recipes and I have tried to tweak the ones I already love to make them healthier.
Like I said last week, I planned on eating oatmeal every day for breakfast and a salad for lunch and for the most part I have stuck with that plan.

ReplyDeleteTo keep it lo-cal I only put 1-2 tspn of brown sugar in. But to boost protein and not add more carbs I stir in 1 tbpn of peanut butter and have 1 cup on milk.
ReplyDeleteOr, I put in a little brown sugar with dried cranberries and nuts.
What do you do with yours?
I mainly do instant since its quick and easy being at work. I will have to try the peanut butter! =)
